I’ve suddenly run into an issue I haven’t seen before. I can watch my films with Plex on both my Roku and my cell phone. However, when I try to play the films from within Plex on my laptop I get the message “There was a problem playing this item.” I am able to play the film on my laptop if I find it in my folder and simply play it outside of Plex. Any suggestions?
