Ok i posted about this months ago and even bumped the post once, nobody ever replied.
My Xbox one x is sometimes completely crashing upon playing a file, Xbox app loads, library shows, pick a playlist, hit shuffle on some tv shows, sometimes they play, sometimes it looks like it had to buffer twice, other times it locks the Xbox one X up entirely, the video output is shut off and the Xbox is stuck with the light on but nobody behind the wheel. Only way to get it to do anything is to power Xbox off and back on.
This is a frequent issue, maybe 1 out of three times it takes the Xbox down completely with it. This problem has been around for like 3 plex Xbox updates. This needs resolved, there is no specific video it crashes on, and my roku devices are working with plex flawlessly. This is an ap bug
Is damn annoying and it’s time for it to be addressed, I’m sorry to be blunt here but this has been an ongoing issue and nobody seems to reply at all. It just recently crashed my Xbox with several updates in queue, this pisses me off!
