Got everything installed and all my TV and Movie Libraries are working well. However...
30 seconds into anything I play, the whole Xbox crashes. Not sure what's going on =*(
Assume you hard tried a hard reset? ( hold the power button for 10 seconds until it goes off, then turn it back on)
My Xbox One actually completely crashes and shuts off. The video plays, freezes, the sound continues for a few seconds, then the Xbox light goes completely off (I'm pretty sure it's a hard reset since it goes through the whole reboot process with the Xbox logo showing)
Setup: Plex Server on a Windows 8 PC (wired), Xbox One Plex App (wired)
Guess at problem: App is having trouble with high quality (1080p) streams? Can't keep up or something.

My Xbox is shutting itself off while watching movies through Plex also. The file that I mos recently tried to play is a 720p mkv file with ac3 5.1 audio. After about 5 minutes into the movie, the entire Xbox shuts off. When I play the same movie through my chrome cast, it works flawlessly. This is happening with most of my movie library. I find it strange though that my TV Shows that are 720p mkv and 2.0 ac3 work perfectly on the Xbox with no issues.

I'm really sorry that this is happening. At a guess I would say that some of the videos you are trying to stream contain *very* unexpected data which is causing a major crash in the lower level video player (Microsofts). Would one of you be able to share me a sample file that causes the issue? For example, if it always happens "5 minutes into a movie" could you create a clip with is 10 minutes of the movie? If I can reproduce the issue, I can raise it with Microsoft and hopefully get them to investigate / fix in the future...

No problem reproducing it, Ill post you a logfile when i get home from work tonite. I only started using Plex yesterday, but i guess there's no problem finding the log files you want?
Also, Plex iOS app plays the same file flawlessly, and Xbox app crashes 10 times out of 10 after 5 seconds of play - hope im not stressin' out my Xbox too much? I rly want it to keep workin ;)
