All of a sudden (as in the last week) I’m having issues with Plexamp on Android Auto. Plexamp will launch, but with a blank screen. If I tap the orange circle icon bottom right, it takes me to the currently active playlist. However, it won’t play any sound. With the exception of one occasion. On that occasion it did play some audio, track skip wasn’t available. It also seemed to be playing 1 large 3hour long track. You could hear the end of one song, followed by another. However the display didn’t show the next track, it was always the initial track. Track skip didn’t work.
I’ve tried with downloaded & online tracks.
I’ve tried clearing the cache for plexamp, clearing the data, even going so far as to re-install it.
The phone being used is a Pixel 6 Pro, AA version 8.4.624324. Plexamp version is 4.6.0.
I’ve just noticed there’s a version 4.6.1 release as I was typing this post. I’ve just updated, but not tried that version in the car yet. I’ll continue to post this in case it’s not resolved.
I do have logs gathered, but I’m not sure where to upload them.
