I don’t think any Plex apps support shortcut actions (at least I don’t remember seeing any on my Mac).

Not sure about the 1st link and if it’s maybe referring to an old version.
The other two links refer to using Plexamp on iOS with Siri – which is working fine for me but isn’t linked to the Shortcuts app.
