Plexamp "audio signature" generation

PlexAmp 4.1.0 . iOS and Mac Desktop behave the same.
Server: Linux, 1.25.8.5663

Hi.

Apologies for bothering, this is purely a cosmetic issue but it’s annoying me a bit and I can’t seem to fix it.

Plexamp usually shows the song timeline as an audio “sound signature” (for lack of a better term), the wave of the audio.

Example

Now, for some of my songs, that wave form is all flat, and for others that I recently changed (for instance, the last tracks from a CD that have a long silence between the main song and a bonus track I end up splitting them to separate audio files) it still shows the former audio signature.

Is there a way to force regenerating that visual representation? I tried to refresh metadata and analyze on the server, but that doesn’t seem to do the trick?

Thanks.

Analyzing the track (via web interface) will trigger loudness analysis the next time it’s scheduled to run.

Got it. I somehow thought it’d be immediate, but that makes sense. I’ll keep an eye out for it - thank you.

If it’s set to “after addition” or whatever it is, you can start/cancel a scan to kick it off.

Thanks. I confirm that the overnight analysis created the loudness analysis chart.

Have a great week!
