Plexamp auto-update on unsupported platform should not proceed

Server Version#: 1.31.3
Player Version#: 4.9.5 (just updated itself)

I run Windows 7 here. Please save the discussion about whether I should or not for another day, I have good reason to do what I am doing.

Plexamp just auto-updated itself. Since the current version is Windows 10 or above, it is now broken.

Please have the installer check to see if it is being run on a supported system before it attempts to install and breaks a working installation.

Good thing I keep backups…
