@elan is this still going to be a thing in the future? As Chromecast and Airplay are already implemented, why not DLNA? Is there a technical reason? Just to be able to initiate playback on DLNA clients would open up Plexamp to so many more devices. Would like to see this as well.

RB Pis are hard, but there are a growing number of compatible devices which are affordable and available (e.g. NanoPi series).

Could it work on a NanoPi Neo? Is there a list with compatible available sbc’s somewhere? Together with a usb to toslink/coax interface, I might just add it to my setup as I have one more input left on my toslink switcher :slight_smile:

[image] pietervo: Could it work on a NanoPi Neo? Almost certainly, looks along the lines of a Raspberry Pi 3. There’s no specific list that we maintain or I know of, but it runs Armbian or Raspbian, should be pretty easy to give it a try.
