Music and podcast apps on my phone will send track title and time information to my Sony car stereo over Bluetooth, but Plexamp doesn’t send this metadata. hmm, i’m not sure what else we should be doing to get it to show :thinking: it shouldn’t matter if it’s downloaded or not, if it shows up on your phone’s home screen / notification (not sure what phone you’re using), it should show up on the car.

If that’s the case, I’d blame the car if nothing else. I still don’t know if we’re talking Android or iOS here, but check to make sure it’s playing on the home screen, and make sure you don’t have any battery optimization on (for Android).

That’s weird, I definitely don’t see the same thing over here. Is this the case with all downloaded albums? Can you post Plexamp logs after browsing into the downloaded album with CarPlay?
