Plexamp download not working

This is essential for offline listening.

When I tap download for a playlist containing 4 hours of music (59 tracks), the Android Plexamp app (on a Pixel 3a) will download only one hour of music. How can I get Plexamp to download the entire 4 hour playlist? Alternately, since the Android Plex app has no problem downloading the entire 4 hour playlist, is there a way to get Plexamp to see the music on my Pixel 3a phone that was downloaded by the Plex app?

On the download popup before confirming the download, there is a slider. The default is 1 hr, but you can raise it up to 24.
