I hope to use Plexamp as my music player on my iPhone without cel service …
so I hope the downloaded songs tab improves with better search features …
currently, finding playlists is cumbersome.
My Downloads list is gigantic (2 months worth of music) because I go offline quite often, and I like to have my music with me.
The existing search functionality should automatically fallback to searching Downloaded content when the device is offline or the library is unavailable.
I love the Plexamp app, minus this one missing feature. My daughter was trying to find an album while were on a drive (and out of cell range) a few days ago and she asked, “how do live like this?” while scrolling through my Downloads list.
… I would add that I would be about 75% happy if there were a scrubber-scroll mechanism for the Downloads list, similar to the Artists and Albums views.
