Plexamp on my android phone can see my WiiM amp as a player but on windows it can’t
Is there any way of getting Plexamp on windows to see the WiiM amp
Wiim via Chromecast? That may be your answer why Windows isn’t displaying it but Android is

Are you sure that you actually mean the standalone app “Plex for Windows” and not just the Plex web app?
Because the latter does support Chromecast if it’s run in a Google web browser – i.e. Google Chrome.
