When playing from a smart playlist (I only have relatively long ones based on recently added) Plexamp will often forget that it was playing music and thus forgets where it was in the playlist. I sometimes cast music to google devices and sometimes listen via bluetooth, so maybe it’s related to the transition there?
you might need to be a bit more specific, or post logs when it happens.
if, e.g. the app is paused for a while when connected to Chromecast, the devices goes to sleep, the app disconnects, and the PQ is lost (something which we may address in the future).
Well, I did just have the situation you mentioned occur where I was casting, paused the music for about an hour, and when I go back into Plexamp the last track isn’t listed anywhere but is still present in the notifications pane playback controls. I have the debug logs from that on hand if you need them.
