I start a playlist and stop playing after a while but when i come back later (i quit app and open again the day after) then i lose the current song i was playlist and so i cannot view the playlist.
Not sure I understand what exactly you’re experiencing. Did you fully stop the playback, so there’s no active now-playing page or mini-player – or did you just pause the playback when you left the app?
In general you might want to update to the final version of Plexamp 4.3 to rule out some issue with that beta.
It should be restored, so we’d need logs after a failed restoration to be able to guess what’s happening. It’s possibly Android is clearing some cache as well.
Hello Elan,
here the logs:
My audio device named Enfants.
Reading the log shows that when i leave home at 11h52, audio route switch to local and never come back to my last listening from “Enfants” when i came back at home this afternoon. Plexamp.log (288.3 KB)
It attempts to reconnect on startup. It looks like your app lived all afternoon until you got home, so you’d need to manually reconnect to Chromecast. In addition, if Chromecast playback had ended because you disconnected, it would not resume the play queue.
(If you wanted it to live, you’d need to “steal” the play queue back to your phone, and then when you got back home, send it back to Chromecast.)
