Does Plexamp free playback max of 16-bit/44.1 kHz FLAC bit perfect when streaming local files from Plex Media Server with the iOs app? Same question for iOS playback via USB to a DAC. I’m struggling with determining if the “Sample Rate Matching” is required to achieve lossless playback in my scenario. I am not in need of playback higher than 16-bit/44.1 kHz.
it should work fine for you. sample rate matching helps when you have different sample rates.
