Several times in the past week, I’ve noticed that my music library is reluctant to load in PlexAmp. The server is up and running just fine. Infact if I go to the Plex App on the same phone, I can playback all my visual media just fine. My music (Audio) media library just goes into a long hang. Eventually landing on “Unable to load data. This makes me sad.”
I cannot come up with a reason as to why this has become unreliable. I’m flagging the issues, and any advice is appreciated.

Plex has had some backend API issues recently. There was another just a couple of hours ago which may have coincided with your attempts to use Plexamp (it affected authentication). Here are all the details Plex released about it.

It has an issue if you close Plexamp while it’s on the Library tab.
Upon a restart it switches to the library tab again, and tries to populate the tab. There seems to be a timing issue which only hits directly after app start.
If you make sure to close Plexamp while it’s showing any other of its tabs, next startup should be instant.
