Hi,
5 days ago, Plexamp began beign unable to load the music library. I was going away and so was unable to troubleshoot. Tried to access via Tailscale remotely, and was able to restart the container and load WebUI. Plexamp remained unable to load the library, but could load Downloads (and play them).
Came home and Plexamp was totally unuseable, so I thought I’d sign out and in again, except I can’t log in and just get “unknown error”. I can’t choose “sign in on browser” either. I tried the Plex app on my phone too, and had the same issue that Downloads became unavailable and then I signed out and can’t sign in.
I wondered if this was just my phone, so I tried the Plexamp on my laptop and that can’t find the library, though I have remained logged in.
WebUI connects fine and plays. Plex through Sonos connects and plays.
Plex is my only source of music and I need to get this fixed. Has anyone had this before/recently? Could do with some assistance.
