Is the library radio meant to play random tracks from your library? I’ve found it plays the same few artists a lot. Possibly new music has a higher weight compared to other stuff? As the new albums I have seem to always be played.
I can already see my new music listed in the app. I use the library radio as I’m sick of these new albums already and there is no way to browse my library. I find I don’t really use the search feature as I’m too lazy to think of a album/artist to search for. Hopefully the radio feature will be improved soon.
Library Radio picks artists randomly (or at least that’s what it was designed to do). How many total albums are in your library, and maybe post some Radio:-prefixed logs?
It’s possible; we’re replied to threads on the topic before and checked our randomization algorithm, which seems like it should be truly random (which again, can lead to patterns which appear non-random).
If anyone can provide concrete evidence that on some platforms, the randomness isn’t working, I’m all ears!
