Hey all. Not sure if it’s an actual issue or me not understanding something, so figured I’d come here to make sure. As of today, I have been getting the 401: Unauthorized error when using the link sharing function in plexamp. I have used this before with no issue, so I’m not sure why it’s an issue now. Here is a link that I know should work as I’ve shared it before.

Hey @aubrey.wodonga, thanks for looking into it! Unfortunately I’m still receiving the 401 error as of today. I made sure that I’m up to date on the server versions and apps. Is there something I’m missing?
That’s so strange. I tried on multiple browsers and devices. I also made sure to clear my cache, to no luck either. I checked with another album just to make sure but that doesn’t work.
Would I need to be on the same network as my server for this to work? I wouldn’t think so since you ideally are sharing links with non household Plex users.
might have to tag Simon again to let him know the problem still hasnt been resolved
