Plexamp loops after the screen goes to sleep

I have Plexamp on my Pixel 3A. My screen is set to turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity. I also have Plexamp set so battery optimization for the app is turned off.

If I am listening to Plexamp and the screen shuts off, after a few minutes songs get stuck and “skip” (play a second or two of sound on a loop).

The loop will continue until I unlock the phone and wake the screen and then it played fine until the screen shuts off again.

This occurs with offline music even when connected to wifi.

Just read your other bug too, and I’m starting to wonder if there’s anything “special” about your Pixel 3A :laughing: That’s a very strange issue I haven’t heard of before.
