Plexamp not bit perfect in android

Hi, I’ve looking to get bit perfect music with Plexamp but it seems it’s not supported, will it be available?

As I understand it, Android processes all audio into 16 bit / 48k. There are players (e.g. USB Audio Player pro) that will utilise an Android phone’s DAC to allow bit perfect output. But such apps are the exception to the rule.

I think until android brings the option to fully utilise DACs within the Android OS itself, you are stuck with post processing.

Thanks, I’m probably going to buy an iphone, I really hate Apple but the audio processing by the os in Android is just unacceptable.

They make it really hard to do high-res audio.
