Running 3.1.4 I noticed my cache is up to 10 GB on android when I have cache set to 4 GB in the advanced settings. I just cleared it to see how big it gets going forward
possible you had older cache/downloads?
keep an eye and if you see it growing too large again, let us know and post plexamp logs as it details cleanup.
@EricD1973 Maybe this is relevant or maybe not, but on my phone (Samsung A5) the reported cache size of PlexAmp is doubled.
It will say the same amount for both “cache” and “data” hence doubling the total. I verified that the phone had it wrong by double checking in a file browser.
Seems to be a phone thing. Just something to be aware of.
