When a song finishes and a new one begins the notification showing Plexamp is slow to update (takes 20+ seconds), rather than changing when the song changes. Using the regular Plex player is fine. Is anyone else having this issue? I’m on Android 12, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no change.

Ah the phone is great for me. If it’s a problem specific to Pixel 6 and it’s an android thing then hopefully there will be a fix in a monthly update soon enough. Glad I’m not the only one at least!
huh, can’t reproduce in my pixel 3. are you sure you don’t have any battery saver settings?
I didn’t have the issue on my Pixel 5 before.
I went into battery usage for the Plexamp app and changed it from ‘Optimised’ (default) to ‘Unrestricted’ and tried again, and then changed it back, same outcome for both. The seek bar goes back to the beginning and counts from zero but the song name doesn’t update for a while. If you skip two songs then it will change one song, so still lag one behind.
