Audio jumps a few seconds at a time

Player Version#: 4.12.4

Recently, Plexamp on my Android phone has started to skip through parts of the song. I found a Reddit forum about it and cleared the cache, reinstalled all the normal things and occasionally it fixes it but then it always happens a few days later.

It has become un-unusable and I loved PlexAmp!

Is this a known issue? Is there a better fix than having to reinstall all the time?

Return to a [non-beta] server version before 1.43.x

I’m also experiencing this issue and didn’t realise I was on ‘beta’. how do we revert back?

I should have mentioned I’m on v4.12.4 which is apparently the latest stable version released on 15th July. Is there an update due soon to resolve this?
