Plexamp randomly disappears from android auto. Help!

I do have a lifetime plex pass.

First I don’t know if this is an android auto issue or Plexamp issue. Plexamp seems to randomly disappear from my android auto. It does not show under hidden apps or anywhere under “android auto > customize launcher” when this happens:

I can force close the app and restart the phone to no avail. I verified the app isn’t in deep sleep as I use it frequently. Out of no where it will return… What am I missing here / what should I look for?

Haven’t come across that issue myself, can only suggest for both apps clearing data/cache, uninstall, reinstall, then

I forgot to mention that I did completely clear cache and data for both android auto and plexamp. Thanks for mentioning that.

We wouldn’t have any control over that, we just “advertise” as supporting it and the rest is up to the system.

I’ve completed deleted and reinstalled the application. So far so good. Time will tell. I’ll report back in a week and mark resolved if all is well! Thanks all!

Reinstall seems to have done the trick.
