Randomly when I get back in my car for a new Drive Plexamp will not play from where I left off. I am playing from a created MUSIC playlist including all my music and shuffling all. Sometimes it does pickup from where I left off, and sometimes it doesnt, requiring me to start over from scratch
I’d be curious to get logs when you see this issue occur; it really should always resume, so something different must be happening when launched from Android Auto.
If only the feature to grab and send logs worked. I try it and nothing happens
i haven’t heard of issues with it before. what device/OS/version?
do you have ability to get logcat off the device?
I got to Advanced/Debugging, Hit Share logs and no matter what I choose, nothing is generated. If I choose my Email program, there’s no attachment, if I choose Upload to Google Drive, I get “upload was unsuccessful” If I choose File Manager, I get "could not load the file. It’s a Moto G Stylus with Android 10
that’s very strange. do you have the ability to get files off the device?

I’ve been experiencing this myself, except that it NEVER resumes when I get back in the car. Apple Music and Deezer resume as expected every time.

So annoying. Nothing I enjoy more than having to first press 10 buttons when I get in the car to get back to my music. Only thing more fun is having it start playing again in my pocket as I’m walking in my house after just swiping it closed in the car. Reminds me of what a quality made app I’ve paid for here.
