Plexamp - Show all albums for an artist, not just the first 20

I’ve just joined Plex and have been adding my music library to it piece by piece. It’s possible I’m missing a setting to adjust this issue, but I don’t think so.

I have all my compilation albums (so far - lots more to go though) under an artist called Various Artists - however when I open Various Artists, it only shows the first 20 albums I have there. If I want to see the rest, I have to click the arrow at top right:

I then see this, basically the same screen but with all of the albums.

Is there (or can there be) a way to just have the initial screen show all of them? This seems like a pointless extra step to force users to take.

This would also apply to a very prolific artist like Bob Dylan, so it’s not just about my way of doing compilations.

Thanks for any advice!

Why are all your multi-disc albums split into separate albums - is this intentional?

Hi - very sorry, missed this completely. So, a year late… yes, it’s intentional (I know it’s unusual).

It’s primarily because I wanted to be able to play just one mix of a 3 cd dance music collection without the others playing after the first was finished (or with the 3rd one playing after the 2nd had finished, or whatever). I also wanted to be able to have different artwork for each CD (it’s the purple, yellow and green discs on the 2nd row).

I know - it’s weird! But it works for me

Fair enough - you can easily play individual discs in plexamp as each disc has its own play button next to the disc number…

Obviously this wouldn’t help with different disc artwork though
