On plexamp windows 3.9.1, when opening a Smart Album Collection the application becomes grey and unresponsive. Opening normal Album Collections works fine. Completely unable to use Smart Album Collections as a result. Grey unresponsive window looks like this: [image]

Do you get the same issue on mobile? That might show a better crash report.

This issue is only for the Windows app. I don’t have this issue on mobile or macOS apps. Tried restarting and reinstalling and behavior persisted.

Now getting same issue on mobile on version 4.0 for smart collection only. Android Samsung Galaxy S9

Should be fixed in the next release.

I cannot reproduce this on the iOS / macOS Plexamp apps (which will be of little consolation to you).

Does this behavior persist if you restart the app?
