Smart Collection of music Tracks not appearing in Plexamp

Not sure if this is desired behavior…

I created a Smart Collection in Plex Web. It was showing up fine in Plexamp.

However, I wanted this collection to display Tracks instead of Albums. So, I later edited the smart collection filter to display Tracks instead of Albums. I Updated the Collection to save the changes.

The Collection still appears in Plex Web but no it does not appear in Plexamp (both Android and Windows). I do see in Plexamp the Collections section is titled “Album Collections” whereas in Plex Web it is just “Collections.” Not sure if this is the reason for my missing collection.

Can anyone confirm that a Smart Collection of tracks should not being showing up in Plexamp?

Yes, I have several, all appearing in Plexamp. Make sure you have added them to your homepage.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, can you confirm the following…

Is your Smart Collection setup to display only the tracks? This is how mine is setup and Plexamp does not show the collection on the “Album Collections”::

If I change the collection to display by Album, then Plexamp does show the collection:

However, the standard Plex client will play all the songs on each album, but Plexamp only plays the specific tracks included in the collection.
