Looks like a modified version of Quartz with the plex style of watch/unwatched flags working correctly :)

Its strange, I have that skin installed but don't have the unwatched tags :/
PleXBMC Settings --> Look and Feel --> Plex Style Watched flags
That did it for me...
I have that turned on :(

I just found this thread. I am using PleXBMC with Quartz skin and it is really cool.
But there is one thing that would make PleXBMC perfect for me:
Is it possible to configure it in a way that Plex server recognizes it as a player?
It would be really awesome to select a video in the Plex iOS app and choose playback on PleXBMC.
Right now, there are no aviailable Plex players showing up in the iOS app…
with pyplex from [this thread](http://forums.plexapp.com/index.php/topic/35906-raspberry-pi/page__st__60), it might be possible to roll this in to PleXBMC, but currently the functionality is not there.
does anyone know if the plexbmc addon works with the XBMC web interfaces like AWXi etc?
Hi, in my house I have a movie library with my XBMC Eden (sqlite) and I want to share my movie library (database, posters, fanArts) and my movies with other PC in other house (not the same network). Is it possible with PleXBMC? Can I manage the xbmc database with Plex?

No. PleXBMC grafts code into XBMC to make it capable to access a Plex Media Server (PMS), in a similar way a native Plex Client does. In the Plex client/server model, PMS keeps a central library, that can be accessed by different Plex Clients on a multitude of platforms (PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Roku, Samsung SmartTV's, etc). Give PMS a try and I'm sure you will find it much easier than having to deal with SQL stuff and manual editing of config files.
Trying to get Plexbmc to find my media. So far no luck. I installed Openelec/XBMC on an Apple TV1 (located in family room), went smoothly. Added Plexbmc.zip to a drive connected to my mac mini. Mac mini and drives are sharable (readable for all on lan). Installed Plexbmc into XBMC via install addon which was placed in one of the drives connected to my mac. I can now see the plugin(addon) Plexbmc. Configured Plexbmc with the I.P. address of the mac mini hosting the plex server. Kept the port same as myplex. Now what? I’m a little confused with the install instructions.
Got it working. YEA! but no sound…Boo! don’t know at this point if it is the apple tv (tested it before install of openelec-functioned fine) or how irt is set up(my hope). Anyone know if the apple tv outputs sound via hdmi? I dont have an optical left on my receiver. So, what I have is hdmi to tv, optical to receiver. Any settings I should change?
Also, how? where do I install the skins?

Yep, I certainly did. All fixed except some vidoes do not play, but getting ethernet to usb adaptor to see if that speeds things up. The wiki says that is the botleneck.
hey guys, i really need your help.
I have the latest version 11 XBMC installed, also the beta version of this Plexbmc Plugin… i have configured the Settings and i can find all my Movies/TV-Shows when i’m clicking on Movies->Addons->Plexbmc.
But i want to see all my Movies, when i click on Movies in the main menu, so i have installed the quartz.plexbmc Skin, after setting all up, it dont want to show my Plex Movies in the Main menu.
I have reinstalled everything, used an older version of XBMC… it wont work, please help

forgive me noob stupidity but I have this add-on running fine on my MacBook Pro. However when I install it on my AppleTV or iPad I get the following error:
Bonjour disabled. Require XBMC (Pre)Eden
What does that mean? I’m running version 11.x on everything.
