Ok. Running a nightly (9th march). I’ll break out my copy to make sure, but it might be a build specific problem.

Uhm no, I dont have Lion. :-S I use Snow Leopard 10.6.7, no idea why it shows 10.7. I also didn’t install any nightly on purpose. Is it safe to reinstall the XBMC on the homepage?

Depends. If you are using XBMC for plex only, then an uninstall and a reinstall of 10.1 should be ok. But if you are using it for anything else, then it might be better to move to a later nightly build. The format of databases and stuff changes between 10.1 and the pre-11 builds.
So what do you recommend me if I’m using XBMC only for Plex and me intention is the get PleXBMC working properly, upgrade or downgrade? It’s still weird that it shows 10.7. since I’m 100% using 10.6.7.

I just updated to 10.6.8. It still crashes but now my log file says that I’m using Kilrathi (10.8.0). 
I also noticed two more things. When I go to all movies they show up Z-A now, before they were A-Z. Also I noticed that PleXBMC doesn’t change covers and fanarts when I change them at Plex. For example if I enter XBMC before Plex downloaded the cover and fanart it won’t ever show up at PleXBMC, even if Plex added them later.
hmm, not sure why reverse sorting is in place. I did notice it before, but that was on a later XMBC revision and a reinstall of 10.1 fixed it.
As for cover art, XBMC will have cached the [blank] image. It'll be another 24 hours that's rechecked and then it will be reloaded the next time after that.
I'll do some more testing on the settings page, but might be an idea to test a later build first.
Woops - sorry, just double checked the git commit reference and you are actually running 10.1 not a nightly build - which is even stranger. I'll double check this on my mac client, although I think I moved that to a nightly build (although moving between builds is easier on macs anyway)..
I just reinstalled 10.1 but no one of my issues got solved…
Then I downgraded to PleXBMC 1.9c (I dont have 1.9e anymore) and the Z-A issue was solved. I also can enter the configuration menu again. Then I upgraded to 1.9.3 again and all the issues showed up again.
Thanks for doing that investigation. Sorting was reintroduced to allow the use of the skip to a letter function in XBMC. No Idea why it’s sorting reverse.
At least I can go back and see what might have caused the problem with settings.
Found the settings bug - one of my conditional settings had a formula that looked for another setting location that didn’t exist. Fixed and will push out later tonight

Should this work with xbmc on the 1 gen ATV?
I have one stored away that i stopped using due to lack of plex support but this might bring it back to life for the guest bedroom

New version 1.9.3a pushed out to fix a couple of urgent issues:
- On some platforms, accessing settings would crash XBMC. This was an issue with my condition settings formula
- Skin would sometimes show a corrupted view of the plugin settings when access as Preferences -> PleXBMC settings
A new skin download (0.4.4) is required to complete the second fix.
Sorry those two slipped through - it seems different platforms have different ways of reacting to this. But it seems that ATV and OSX liked it least of all…
I've got an idea why this might be happening. Does you Plex Media Server have an assigned name (in the PMS settings)..
I have a fix for this issue, but want to make sure that this fixes, rather than hides the problem.
Are you able to run PleXBMC with debug turned on (PleXBMC settings -> debug -> enable debug) and either pastebin or PM the details. I only need the bits between the PLEXBMC START and PLEXBMC STOP entries, but if you can't see them, just send me the lot. As soon as I can confirm I'll roll out the fix.
