plexbmc "dependencies not met"

I am trying to install the 3.1.3 plexbmc addon in mythbuntu 12.04. I get the error "Dependencies not met".

 

Any idea what dependency I'm missing?

Just plexbmc by itself?  The onlyn dependancy is this:

which is a standard XBMC module.

What XBMC code base does mythbuntu12.04 use - as this plugin requires Frodo/XBMC 12 (that version of teh module is Frodo specific).
