It’s been a VERY long time since I updated by 3rd Gen, so I just wanted to check that PlexConnect was still working with whatever the latest software update Apple provides to the 3rd gen boxes before I update it. Thank you.
Mine did, just yesterday I was FORCED to do a reset and it updated from 7.0.2 to 7.2. There is a good YouTube video that explains how to configure PlexConnect with ATV3 Firmware 7.2. Here is the link OHisee. I hope it helps, if you need it.
Looking at the video, config is the same as for previous versions, so I should be ok
