Im using windows 7 but I still dont understand how to install it on ATV3.Already did the part on DNS and everything until the part with python and the .zip file I downloaded.How to install it to my apple tv?
You do not have to install anything on your ATV. The only thing you do at the ATV is change the value of the DNS in the ATV's network settings.
That is the beauty of it and why it works without a jailbreak

Once you have downloaded the zip file, place it in a directory of your choosing on the machine you wish to run PlexConnect on and unzip it.
OPTIONAL:
Open the "Settings.py" file using notepad.
Edit the line " 'ip_dnsmaster' :('8.8.8.8',), \", replacing the "8.8.8.8" with your DNS server, the one you noted down from the ATV before you changed it (if this was your gateway you can instead choose to use your ISP's DNS server).
Save the file
Double-click the "PlexConnect.py" file to start PlexConnect
Do you have Plex Media Centre installed?
Nop,still not.Im quite new at this so I just totally follow the instruction :( Do I need to open Plex Media Centre?
Sorry I meant Plex media server.
PlexConnect is only a client for that.
Just download the Plex Media Server.What should I do now?
