Hi, my new apple tv bought beginning of this year updated automatically with a new version, is the newest update still compatible with plexconnect.
I´ve had some problem getting it to work, when I set my computer to a static ip it craches my network and I have a hard time getting it back up, also when I set the apple tv to a static ip it looses connection to the internet.
Do I need to configure my router for static ip?
Or is there a more updated guide out there on how to get plexconnect working with apple tv?

Your issue is not an ATV firmware issue. Plexconnect works perfectly with the up-to-date firmware. In order to troubleshoot your issue I suggest starting a new post and providing the information asked for here:
