A detailed description of the issue (the clearer you can make this the better):
When I start PlexConnect it works on both my ATV3 for a short while. Then all of a sudden it all stops and it says accessing trailers and nothing happens. Finally a message shows up that it is unable to connect to PMS. If I restart PlexConnect it then works a while and then stops again.
Not in the middle of a film but often if I exit the PlexConnect/Trailers app I get the spinning wheel when I try to enter it again. At some occasions it has happened inside the PlexConnect when I was going from TV Shows to Movies.
Your log is extremely small, is this taken when you reproduce the issue?
What happens if you change the settings.cfg to read (make sure you get a new log file if you still have the problem - if not change the logging back to 'Normal')?:
Once I have a log from these settings, I'll try the ones you suggest above ...
Note that, as was previous mentioned, this 'hang' only appears after leaving the system idle for a little while, and affects anything DNS related ... if I try and go into YoutTube, or NetFlix, it will indefinitely try to connect, so I don't believe its with the XML Feed to Trailer, but DNS resolution itself, but maybe there are one in the same ... ?
Just wanted to chime in on this. When experiencing the above mentioned issues I was using the "Mac-App" to start PlexConnect. I uninstalled this and used the Github files and Terminal instead and this seems to be working properly.
