PlexHTPC Launch Fullscreen - Linux Flatpak

I’m using the Plex HTPC Flatpak on Fedora 38. Unlike other options, the fullscreen selection (General>visability) doesn’t save after I restart the applicaiton.

Is this intentional? I would like PlexHTPC to start fullscreen on every launch, how do I accomplish this?
