Arm support on desktop clients has been lacking for quite some time. The only way to use a Raspberry Pi (or other ARM based computer) as a Plex client is to either use a web browser, or use an unofficial client such as Plex4Kodi.
The official installation instructions for PlexHTPC and the other clients point users towards Flatpak and Snaps. I believe that both should have aarch64 support added.

Please consider adding ARM support for your Linux clients. The clients are great and deserve to work officially on more architectures!
