The response to our first public beta has been great (well, mostly). The beta version has been downloaded more than 2500 times. So we decided to not stop development and just do what we were doing all this time - make Plexify better. Todays update contains a lot of bug fixes and new features you'll like. We fixed all known bugs and brought back the restart feature along with the new "force shutdown" feature... Still not excited?!

How to Give a Feedback?
Check whether the bug was already reported or not. If not, just write a simple post describing the problem you have. Please, describe how to reproduce it and specify your OS version, also attach the log file.
Right now, I'm at work and I just try your software from my home remote server. I will tell you more this afternoon when I'll be home with my Apple TV.
1. Change the bar logo, it should look like the icon of the applescript apps but black only .. I can make one :)
2. How do i tell this app where is my PlexConnect folder and trailers.pem?
3. If you can make this app download the PlexConnect folder to itself and run it from there, and update it automatically on every update from github, and on launch to ask for trailers.pem and save it in the app so it can be deleted from the original place, it'll be so awesome.
4. If you can make it show the guide to change dns on ATV and link to the guide to make IP permanent, this app will actually be perfect & should become the official method :)
Maybe there is a way for your software to remember the password ? I don't know, i'm a real looser concerning programing. By the way, I'm in France and if you need a french translation for your software I can do that.
Please upload the next version of this awesome app to other upload server.
People don't want to Sign up to unknown website to download stuff .. Espacially when most of us don't know russian :)

Maybe there is a way for your software to remember the password ? I don't know, i'm a real looser concerning programing. By the way, I'm in France and if you need a french translation for your software I can do that.
We can always give it access with keychain access but it'll not be perfect ...
Tomer1749, nem4ara just add a DropBox link so you don't have to login on the russian site to download. In fact when you start the software the first time, you can enter your own PlexConnect folder (this can be change in the settings after that), you don't have to tell where is your trailers.pem. I will say more this afternoon.

So the app have trailers.pem inside it?
If so, it's really nice and should be done with the PlexConnect folder .. The app should put it in itself and update it automatically from github-then it'll be so user friendly!

No Tomer, sorry the app doesn't the trailers.pem inside, it just use the existing one, for now it's just a kind of remote that use your existing PlexConnect folder, i doesn't install PlexConnect on your computer. But since I was having problems for an autostart with the Mavericks OS, it is a great solution for me. (Except for the administrator password that prevent my system to autostart completly on his own).
