Have you only seen the changes they are including in that version or have you actually tried it? I’m on 1.16.3.1402 right now and there are no new updates for me. I can only believe this if I’m going to see it with my own eyes. I’ve mostly given up on it by now.

I actually tried it, tested it, and confirmed it works! So far so good. After I did the install, the pictures I wanted ignored were still there - I had to click ā€œscan library filesā€ on my photo library to get the ā€˜ignored’ images out of my library.
The library scan took a little while as usual, but plexignore kicked in and 24,436 pictures are no longer in my library.

I’m still only seeing 1.16.3.1402 available as well. Do these updates generally go out in a rolling fashion? This issue has been bugging me for months now. Really want to get it fixed ASAP.

edit: I see now that the new version is ā€œbetaā€ still. Any ideas when this will be made available to non-plex pass users?

Just installed 1.16.4.1469 and did a scan of my pictures and plexignore was applied properly!

I’m seeing another new server update, but am scared to apply it now.

Can anyone please confirm that v1.16.5.1488 does not break this function again??

I’m already on Version 1.16.5.1554 and it’s still fine. But let’s not keep this thread alive with questions like this.
