.plexmatch not helping scanner mismatch

So I have some episodes of Boruto all in the same folder

For some reason, the Plex TV Series Scanner is detecting the majority of these episodes as Season 2 (despite there not even being a season 2, it uses absolute numbering), while only some of them as Season 1. They are all episodes 207+ so no episodes before episode 200.

Not sure what is going on here, tried multiple things like putting it in a season 1 folder, putting dummy files in a season 2 folder to differentiate it, and then the new server update was released with the .plexmatch files. So I tried to make it so that this whole folder is recognised as Season 1:

This still changes nothing. The only thing that works are the episodes I specified, but a new episode releases each week and I don’t want to do that. Shouldn’t specifying “Season: 1” not make every episode in that folder from Season 1? Thoughts :thinking:?

And your library are using the new native Plex agent?

And if so, do a Plex Dance and after that, upload a zip with your logs

Yes, I am using the new Plex Agent.

Plex Dance was completed, unfortunately, nothing changed.

Yes, but episodes can’t be digested as S01E238 when the filename only contains 238

So either keep specifying ep: in the .plexmatch file or change the actual filename
