Plexmediatagger - help!

Hi all

I’ve been trying to get plexmediatagger to work for the last 3 hours!

I’ve tried many, many difference commands and nothing works. The closed I’ve got is with:

/Users/xxxxxx/Downloads/PlexMediaTagger/plexmediatagger.py --tag -d -p 32400 -i 10.x.x.x --username ‘kettyxxxxx@xxxx.com’ --password ‘xxxxxx’

I’ve replaced some characters with exes for security!!

This returns 'could not authentic ‘kettyxxxxx@xxxx.com’.

I’ve tried many version of this. I’ve even left ‘my home’ but that didn’t work either.

I’m not sure else to try…

Can anyone help please?
