PlexPass/PlexConnect with shared libraries

I've run into a strange problem on my setup at home.

 

I have PMS running on a Windows 7 PC connected to a FreeNAS server that holds all the media. I have 3 libraries (Movies, TV Shows & Kids) that are configured and shared between 3 different users. There are two Apple TVs that connect via PlexConnect and 2 iPads via the Plex app.

 

About 2 days ago, the configured libraries disappeared from the 'Shared Libraries' section and all the libraries showed up under the 'Libraries' section, even when still signed in with my PlexPass. This is without changing my sharing settings or changing the configuration at all. This only happens on the Apple TVs and not the iPads.

 

I have tried signing out and signing back in with no luck. Restarting the server and/or PlexConnect does not make a difference. I did update PlexConnect a few days back before this. How do I go about verifying what is causing this issue?

It isn't that clear what should be appearing and what should not, i.e what users have access to what sections.

Are you sure that you are signed in with the same user on all devices?

You can always backup your settings.cfg, ATVsettings.cfg and your certificates, stop PLexConnect, delete the PlexConnect folder, download the latest code from Github and add the files back; this way you should have a fresh copy that is not messed up.

EDIT: also do you have require authentication set to on on your PMS?
