PlexRequests.Net: Newsletter Settings - value cannot be null. Parameter name: source

Dear SMEs,

I am getting a “value cannot be null. Parameter name: source” when trying to test sending e-mail to admin within the Newsletter Settings area.

Any idea how to resolve this?
