After I installed a new Plex Server directly on OMV yesterday my libraries appear to be jumbled with files from different libraries intermingled.
Is there any way to remove the libraries and reattach them to see if this corrects the problems?
Details-
I’m a new user that is the opposite of advanced. Several days ago I set up Plex Server directly on an Ubuntu Pi4 (no NAS) and uploaded a few movies, TV shows and other videos to try it out. After trying it and liking I decided to set up a NAS on the Pi4 (4mb) so I kept a copy of all my media files and deleted from my account the initial Plex server so I could reinstall in a NAS.
Yesterday I set up OpenMediaVault on the Pi and installed the Plex Server on the OMV server.
I created the NAS folders for Movies, Other Videos, TV shows, Photos and Music and copied the media files back into the NAS folders. The Photos and Music files are empty and are for future use.
I added the libraries to Plex Server and when launching the Plex app the files from the separate folders on the NAS are jumbled on Plex. Only 3 libraries show in Plex - Movies, Photos and Music.
The Movies library lists the movies, other videos and a TV show, the Music library is empty and the Photos library shows what appears to be the folders for Movies, TV Shows and Videos and these are consistent with the folders on the NAS.

See that each library is only looking at its designated folder (i.e. one which contains only media files of one type).
