I can try to help but I'm just trying to figure most of this out myself.
I would reference my plexWatch.log file. If you want you can post at least that portion of your config.pl file.

Yea that looks right. My Plex names appear correctly in my Push Bullet notifications though. Just as they do in the log.
AHHH... I see you were looking at Client names! "My PleXBMC Client" duhhh. I didn't put that together.

Another correction on my part im using boxcar
I get everything aside from the user name i see

I just wanted to say that this walk-through while not 100% explanatory was incredibly helpful.
I finally have PlexWatch and PlexWatchWeb up and running with PushBullet and secure (I think) external access. This is GREAT! Thank you sfnetwork for putting this together, the devs for these great 3rd party add-ons and all the people who documented their issues/solutions.

Yea, use the access token. and blank out the fields you're not using. Like if you dont have a channel set up just delete the data between the quotes. I left the data and it broke the push.

Did you leave the Title above the apikey as
'{user}',
Not sure if that's what that code controls..... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Thats odd because your log displays the user names.... Here is a screen shot of my Pushbullet page with some notifications I got. They appear the same way on all my devices with the exception of screen size.... So on my phone it may cut off some of the info but I still see the user name.
