Concerning beta11 - I can’t seem to resume / or engage new playback for anything that’s on deck or Continue Watching. Will post a log later when I get home - if you haven’t found by then. (hoping that can help steer you nonetheless)
If its the same thing I encountered after updating then go into Settings and change the theme to something else and then go back to the homescreen so it rebuilds the templates and then change the theme back to the one you want. That fixed it for me.

I may have found an issue with Beta11 that wasn’t present in Beta7.1 regarding music playback.
When trying to play music if I try and skip a track it plays the next track for about three seconds and then bounces back to the first track in the entire playlist. I think I’ve noticed it happen once when I’ve left it playback on it’s own but I’ve noticed it more when trying to skip a track. This is when clicking Play or Shuffle from the main Music screen.
Are those already trying Beta11 getting this as well? @availlancourt maybe you could test when you get a moment?
Trying to reproduce your issue, I am actually stuck inside the song playback view – back button does not do anything, and pressing Home then reopening Kodi (android) does not seem to unfreeze it.
Edit: if I stop playback (square button), then I’m able to go back to the plex home screen
Oh dear. I’m not getting that at all. I’m just getting the issue of the playback glitching out.
So far it’s affecting my Shield TV and Tablet so going to test it on my PC and see what happens.
EDIT: Nope, same thing happens on PC. I recorded my screen to sort of show you what’s happening to me. You’ll see it starts playing fine, I skip to the next track which plays three/four seconds then it bounces back to the first track which also glitches out for some reason before playing normally, I then try and skip two tracks forward but it bounces me back to the first track again.
Uploaded a video to my mega account as I can’t upload videos here if it helps but I can also PM the log from the same session if needed.

Sorry. Guess we got a little impatient. 
In future I’ll wait for an official beta before posting any issues. 
Well, especially if the linked commit says “WIP” 
That usually means I’ve pushed the current state but am not done with the changes.

Ah that was never meant to be pushy or anything, rather be proactive and report just in case. But yeah I guess beta testing something that is bound to change can be sort of pointless and to redo anyway.
Currently debugging the audio playback issue. This is not trivial at all. Damn.

Just done a quick test and this seems to have fixed the audio playback issues I was getting in the music player.

I’ve been seeing a minor issue with the 0.7.9 betas (including the latest ones on Github) with TV Episodes. It’s not 100% repro but it happens often:
- Play a TV show (select from the Episodes screen)
- Exit playback during the credits (press Back a couple of times until back on the Episodes screen) - either when or after the “Skip Credits” button appears (I don’t know whether this is relevant or not)
- Try playing another episode - it won’t play, the play button doesn’t do anything until I exit out of the Episodes screen and go back in
Just thought I’d mention it. It’s a very minor inconvenience though so no worries

Thanks @panni, seems to have done the trick!
Things were going well with the latest beta but then I couldn’t get anything to play. I’ll come back in greater detail but for wifey reasons, I’ve had to roll back.
