I’m a bit baffled right now, so no. No idea.
I just tested on Windows. Used the latest nightly from this page Files...
It worked. As in It open the plex for kodi addon.
I’m gonna try to wipe my SD card in order to see if a fresh install will do the trick. I have to make some backup first.
After backing up my SD I did a fresh install of Libreelec Nightly (RPi2)
Used the same nightly from last Friday that can be downloaded here
After installing. The only thing I did was to add the don’t panic repository.
Then installed Plex For Kodi from there.
When I tried to run P4K it crashed at the start like it was doing on my previous installation.
I uploaded a new log. I can only hope that being a fresh install this time something new could shed some light on this issue.

I did another test. This time using the image for x86. I live booted from a USB pen drive.
Just like I did with the fresh install on my Rpi3B+ that I’ve mentioned above I only added the don’t panic repository.

Since a couple of weeks have past since you looked into this I decided to have another go at the logs.

Still looks about the same as the original error. Sadly I don’t have any way to reproduce your environment right now 
Just installed your updated plex for kodi addon on Coreelec 20.0 (some nightly) running on an Odroid N2. I am really impressed, the addon seems to be way more snappy than the original one and i haven’t encountered any issues so far. Great work, really!
There is one thing that annoys me in the official plex for kodi addon: starting with Kodi 19, music playback is broken. Someone has found a way to circumvent the issue and published his solution there:

Kodi 20 reached Alpha 2. I went to test P4K and it is working again on my RPi3 running the latest test build. I haven’t done anything new. It is just back working.
But I have something to report. it is transcoding audio only to MP3. when It shouldn’t be doing anything at least most of the time.
AAC (see the screenshot) should be direct played to my RPi3. Kodi does AC3 transcoding for me. This is how it used to work. Now, if a video needs transcoding, audio is getting transcoded as well – and only to mp3 (stereo)
I’m posting a screenshot of a file that didn’t need video transcoding (H.264) just to prove my case.
This was tested on a plex server running on my Nvidia Shield and on a Linux server. Same odd behavior.
Please, have a look at this.
Was coming here to find if anyone else was having this issue, as it is the only way to play albums that have 5.1 sound on the Shield, the native client just downmixes to stereo.

I was wondering if it is possible to get a new version of plex for kodi 19.4. With as much of the newer interface as plex for android has or plex for tizen os. Perhaps also with some new features. Like displaying edition specs etc. Also the plex logo on the current latest plex for kodi plugin is outdated.
I hope this is possible in the near future i am a great fan of plex and a loyal paying subscriber for many years. And enjoy using my osmc vero 4k plus with kodi 19.4 and plex for kodi plugin

Then please display the info during playback !
I don’t have that option.
The September update to Kodi breaks Plex, OSMC community member had to cobble together a quick fix.
Any idea when or if Plex on Kodi will get an update? It’s been a year now
