And its total crap

Way more clicks to navigate around
Laggy compared to old setup
Almost nothing displayed on screen now compared to old system
Huge text on sidebar is truncated
Sidebar takes up so much of the screen useful information now has to be scrolled for
Plugin removed and replaced with webshows and podcasts no relevant to my Country
Still no A?V visualiser (been asked for for years)

Backwards step for PC’s to accomadate lower powered/less cusatomisable devices at the very least Plex could give us the choice of layouts

I am an XBOX user, android user, MAC user, Windows user, Drobo… the list goes on and on…
PLEASE consider this my “UPROAR” about the absolutely horrible “new” UI.
It is wasteful of time, space, button usage, and has made it 3 times as complicated to use this program to access my own media. So, yeah… THANKS for the “New and Improved” steaming pile of programer left overs.

You can make a Feature Request but I for one as a paying Plex customer hated type first and find UNO much better. My favorite though was the interface in PMPv1.

That is truly regrettable indeed… Like many here, I can only hope that PLEX will actually grow from this travesty into something more palatable for all of its users and not just some of them.

Oh yes, try to figure out something else. Here is a new user interface that makes no sense and takes quite some time to learn, is much slower and requires 3 times the amount of time to navigate. Then google how to use this forum that PLEX requires users to use. And, rather than actually investigating and researching… We have to try to find some feature to tell Plex what people may be interested in, but don’t have the technical expertise and computer know-how to trudge through the nonsense to give their opinions… or just groan and eventually start to look for a different program to try

There is always Kodi, Emby or Infuse for AppleTV if you don’t like Plex. I use all of the above along with Plex.

A complaint is not hard fact. I can complain about hard candies all I want, but it does not change them from being candy…
The analytics would be in the actual changes in ease of use, stability, button presses for navigation. The amount of complaints that are filed does not mean the new system is better or worse. Correlation does not mean causation. Illustrate numerical values that are not opinions or those alleged analytics are no more valid than claiming imaginary friends breaking the lamp.

@Zaeolora Unfortunately the UX was changed and the only thing you can do now is make a feature request for multiple UX options. The OPs original question has been answered. There is no current method to switching back to the last UX. All that wishes for it, can put in a feature request and add the vote option. I am closing this thread.
