PMP won't install on Windows 10

Server Version#: 1.18.8.2468
Player Version#:2.44.0.1018-8f77cbb9

I’m trying to roll back to what is, for me, the last working working version of PMP. I uninstalled newer version and now get this error.

You need to uninstall the newer version of PMP first.

Thank you for the prompt reply. As I stated in the first line, I already did that.

I do have the Plex app installed, but that should be seperate.

It appears that the uninstallation was not completed. You might try https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall to remove the remnants.

The occasional reboot of Windows might also be beneficial.

I ran that with the newer version installed and it claimed success. I’ve tried to again, but PMP no longer shows up on the list of programs to troubleshoot. Numerous reboots have been done.
